´       شرعية الإتحاد:

الإتحاد، منظمة عربية دولية تعمل تحت مسمي “إتحاد المصدرين والمستوردون العرب" وهو أحد الإتحادات العربية النوعية المتخصصة العاملة في نطاق مجلس الوحدة الإقتصادية العربية، وذلك وفقاً لإتفاقية الأحكام الأساسية التي صادقت عليها البرلمانات العربية، وأصحاب الجلالة والفخامة ملوك ورؤساء الدول العربية.

وصدر قرار إنضمام الإتحاد إلى مجلس الوحدة الإقتصادية العربية، خلال إنعقاد الدورة العادية الثالثة والثمانين المنعقدة في القاهرة بتاريخ: 7/6/2006، وصدر قرار الإنضمام برقم: 1310/د 83 الصادر بتاريخ: 7/6/2006.

  ´  Legitimacy of the union:

The Union is an international Arab organization that operates under the name “The Union of Arab Exporters and Importers.” It is one of the specialized Arab unions operating within the scope of the Council of Arab Economic Unity, in accordance with the Basic Provisions Agreement ratified by the Arab parliaments, and their Majesties and Excellencies the Kings and Heads of Arab States.

The decision to join the union with the Council of Arab Economic Unity was issued during the eighty-third regular session held in Cairo on: 7/6/2006, and the decision to join was issued No.: 1310/D83 issued on: 7/6/2006.

  ´  工会的合法性：

该联盟是一个国际阿拉伯组织，以“阿拉伯进出口商联盟”的名义运作。 它是在阿拉伯经济统一委员会范围内运作的专业阿拉伯联盟之一，根据阿拉伯议会及其国王陛下和阿拉伯国家元首批准的《基本条款协定》。

加入阿拉伯经济统一委员会联盟的决定于 2006 年 7 月 6 日在开罗举行的第 83 届常会上发布，加入的决定发布于：7 日发布的第 1310/D83 号 /6/2006。
